Work at Peak but in Calmness

Well the topic might look a little contradictory as it’s common to associate stress when we are at the peak of our work. But we all had a stage in our life when we all loved whatever we did and fully indulged into it with no complaints and no stress and never bothered about the outcome. Yes that was our childhood days. As we grow we forget this quality of ours and do things in the company of stress and pressure.

 

It’s a relief to know that with a little daily effort and preparation we can find our way back to that quality which we left behind in our childhood. Since the larger part of our life we spent in our office work lets take a look at how we can approach each day with calmness and enjoy what we have at hand at the same time create a quality family life and be happy ourself. This starts with us and should be for us. The magic starts working once we prioritize ourself.

Let’s create a menu card to fill our daily cup of calmness

1) Allocate 10 minutes to plan the next day. Writing what we are going to do next day will make it easier
1) First thing in the morning read the plan made the day before

2) Close your eyes and sit quietly for 5 minutes before starting the day

3) Keep hydrated

4) Proper communication by responding and not reacting
1) Do something which you really enjoy or love to do

2) Plan the next day and keep a track on how the day went in the plan

3) Spend some quality time with family

1) Written plan for next day (10 minutes)

2) A stroll in the outdoors with family or alone(10 minutes) without gadgets
1) Read the plan made the day before

2) Take some me time do few stretches

3) Write a gratitude journal
1) Keep track of written plan

2) Breath work and stretches every hour

3) Keep hydrated

4) Proper communication by responding and not reacting
1) Do something that you really love to do

2) Keep track of the current day plan and the next day plan

3) Spent quality time with family

4) Close the day with gratitude/Breath work/Reading and updating skills
HIGH
1) Plan the next day

2) A stroll in the open

3) Close the day with gratitude

4) Become aware of our breath just before hitting the bed
1) Read the plan made

2) Do few stretches

3) Breath work

4) Meditation
1) Plan your office hours

2) Fresh and life giving food in small quantity

3) Keep hydrated 4) Regular interval breath work and stretches

1) Keep track on the current day plan and note the achievements. Plan for the next day

2) Spent quality time with family

3) Learn a new skill

4) Close the day with Breath work, Meditation Reading wisdom or knowledge etc.
